Currants: Any kind of situation that he can't just lightsaber or Force push his way out of. Or having to tell Darth Vader that he failed.

Fig: At one point, he craved forbidden knowledge that the Jedi would never let him have. Now, he'd never admit it, but having an emotional connection to someone isn't something he'd be completely adverse to, even though the Sith consider such things to be a weakness.

Grapes: Sometimes the satisfaction is enough. If the Emperor saw fit to give him his own Star Destroyer, then he won't complain.
