Right before I outran the demons of doubt, a tree apparently fell in my yard. Almost the best case scenario for where it fell, just damaging some chain link fence that was already somewhat damaged anyway. And some additional debris.

The neighbors were planning to have the tree cut down in a couple weeks anyway. Sadly it didn't survive that long.

And yes, in terms of property damage, it's minimal.
