says I can see this. I'm still learning to deal with things my parents said and did while I was growing up. (Perhaps that's not a good thing to admit publically, even in a somewhat anonymized fashion.)

yeah, mine was pretty good and all 5 kids turned out well so no complaints. But some memories, bad as well as good, will always stand out.
