Sorry but I agree with PETA. There shouldn’t be live animals used for mascots. It’s just not right for them.

PETA kills animals in back alleys. They have no right to be talking about mascots lovingly cared for. UGA is perfectly happy, for example, if a bit warm when at games.

I will agree to disagree on this topic. Most animals shouldn’t be caged and put on display for our entertainment. It’s just wrong.

Concede to your disagree, but these mascots aren't caged, they're leashed (for safety), walked around, and then go home after a couple hours. Not even as much work as the players.

Bad zoos are a different matter, and puppy mills trip me homicidal.
