its a bunch of things. like a layer of fine dust that has settled on my life. Not much I can do about any of the things. So just a vague plurk that might get me a hug.
ಠ_ಠ: be gentle to yourself. When I’m sad one thing that helps uplift is lemonbalm tea. A simple tea seems too simple, but it is so gentle and promotes a nice mood without sedation.

I agree with cobra. Tea, some sunshine, a movie to distract you if you have the time. Those things won't make the problems better, but if there isn't a lot that can be done about the things going on, then these things can at least make it a little easier to make it through.
