always felt like the 1 rule of dancing should be, “Stop worrying about looking silly, realize that you’re probably going to, and have a good time doing it.” Actually, that should probably be the 1 rule of just about anything.

thinks “Don’t Panic” is a great rule for all of life as well. If you don’t panic and have a good time while realizing that you look silly (so it’s easy to laugh at yourself), you can succeed at practically everything.

if there are some lovely bodies available, I would not me averse to throwing salsa across them.

there were definitely some lovely bodies at the class but I can't claim to know whether or not they were available and the condiments at the venue are usually limited to sachets of salt, pepper or sugar and bottles of vinegar or ketchup. I haven't noticed any spicier sauces.
