so i made bulgogi tonight but i wanted to try with ground pork instead and while it is delicious, i prefer the beef

i have so much of it though wheeze

i will absolutely eat the leftovers but alas....the beef is indeed so much tastier. I think because pork is a leaner meat, and I think the wet ingredients didn't really soak into the pork as well as they do with the beef
