The backpack saga continues, with a new update that brings what I pray is real hope and not false hope:

went to talk to the l&f people in person, they were very nice and helpful

and the lady there said that if the bus went to maintenance, a lot of times the maintenance people don't look through the bus at all, so it could just be still on there?

so she gave me a number to call so that what coach i was on could be looked up and they could send a message to maintenance being like "check this bus specifically"

and that's where we're at now!

Another phone lady looked up my ride history, got my name and email, and sent a report to maintenance and said someone will contact me.

Hopefully... sooner rather than later???

But at least there's now a potential explanation for why the backpack hasn't made it to l&f yet.
