Welp. Went to the deli to stock up for food, and boy was a Karen there ready to raise hell.

The deli is slammed and everyone is taking a number but Karen is above such trivialities

When this plan did not work out for her the expected happened

of course

what's so hard about taking a number? and if you're way down the line then browsing while you wait?

I can only imagine that the thought process was something along the lines of "oh, sure, I could take a number, like a peasant"

But of course everything ground to a halt because she had been waiting there FOREVER!!!! and it makes absolutely no sense that anyone else was being called before her

(who, again, had not taken a number)
