u ever take a sick day but then by the end of sick day somehow you just feel worse??

I'm real grumpy about this because this is the second time I've been sick this month

anyway. I can...wfh if I have to tomorrow but I'd really like to feel well enough to work

Immune systems are the worst. I hope you start feeling better soon. There's definitely a thing with sickness sometimes where when you give your body permission to rest you start feeling worse because it has the resources to go into full 'Let's fight this illness by doing things that make being sick feel worse' mode.
