Supervisor got back to me about my email from last night. Said to contact HR about it and apparently forwarded my e-mail to the HR manager

They have an ancient phone number of mine on file but I'll give them a call during the weekend or something and work from there

just remember there's nothing wrong with deciding to quit even if HR listens
