when you hear some transphobic comments from your coworkers, how do you handle it?

to be clear, this wasn't the worst of the worst comments, it wasn't about a client, and it wasn't said to anyone's face

"hey, not cool" or simple education in a statement ("just did you know, some people would find that hurtful because xyz"
if you feel it's an ok setting. pulling someone aside later is an option if there are reasons not to speak up in the moment. try to be nonconfrontational & assume they have good intentions & bad information - or if you know that's not

true, it's about invoking professionalism & respect regardless of their beliefs, & additional education & discussion possibly based on their reaction & your relationship.

Benedict
would you be willing to do a bit of roleplaying with me (like before game) for how to appropriately handle it?
