How does this work?

The mechanic is that the Sphere (the intelligence that runs the Sphere City) messed up and is temporarily drawing people into itself. So, characters just there for the event have a month (plus backtagging time) to just interact with in game characters and do things

without actually apping in. It's sort of like a TDM only where things are definitely game canon!

It's basically a jamjar where the characters are in a domed city below the marina trench. There's a giant golden sphere that powers stuff etc.
