Disney currently is not allowing Commercial Theaters to screen back-catalog FOX movies (But allowed to screen first-run), and Repertory theaters can't screen Fox first-run but can screen Fox's Back-catalog.

But Disney will allow every theater, regardless of its designation, will be allowed to screen Fox's Rocky Horror Picture Show
