i'm sitting on a call - with a guy who is responsible for some serious tech work. He's literally having a junior person walk him through every step.

I hate to say this but dude, you're not capable of this, you're learning on the job which is fine, we all have to learn but he's a senior person and should be delegating. To have 6 people watch him learn is embarassing.

Oh wow, that's cringe worthy for sure.

It was over an hour of watching a guy who's probably 55 have a 25 year old guy walk him through all the setup steps one by one, basically the youngster doing all the work and the supervisor clicking and following his guide.
