[RL] [Job Hunt] Out of 2 possible jobs which is the better one to apply for: the all night burger place within blocks of the complex or the mini mart that is also nearby and just as busy?

The mini mart might be easier in the long run because working with food can just get ugly sometimes, especially if people come in at night drunk

Except in my experience, they're less aggressive

I'd go mini-mart, people in minimarts always assume they're being watched/the cops can be called at any time, whereas people in fast food places think it's the Thunderdome

also: temperature, you won't be sweating through your clothes for half your shift (presumably)

The mini mart I'm looking at is in busy part of town, just off a major freeway and not far from a strip mall

But did apply for BBB and Target today

I'd go burger place. I've worked both sorts within 6 months of each other and the food place was the better call. yeah you might get drunks but most ppl that time of night just want to get thier food and be left alone.

Its one of the nicer burger chains too

if we're talking apply and not accept a job offer, I'd do both. increase the chances of getting a call back from one of them
