Sometimes I see a paranoid person who's like "I wish we could return to the pre internet days when we were completely anonymous" I'm like, my dude

If you want to be completely anonymous, you need to go back further than pre internet

You have to predate the very concept of society itself

And to clarify I'm talking about people who think that pre internet people just. Didn't know who their friends/family/neighbors were or something.

Since obviously the only way to find and contact a person is to look them up on Google

"What if someone wants to kill me" dude if someone wants to kill you they probably already know who you are and where you live or they're a deranged killer who targets random people on the street in which case they don't need your address

I knew my neighbors so much BETTER pre-internet. I knew their families, what they did for a living, now I'm just vaguely aware of their existence.
