Sherlock I headcanon because of his occupation and tendency to make enemies that he has some scars on his body, including a gash on his stomach where a bullet grazed him (and the shoulder scar from losing his arm in r3/lb2)

Love/sexuality: he's the slow to warm up, but quick to cling once he gets involved. He's very, very physically affectionate, but conversely tend to have a lead tongue and can say something that while hilarious, is kind of rude.

because his brain/mouth filter only really works when it comes to investigations

Pet Peeves: He can't stand people cracking knuckles - he just viscerally hate the sound. Also not a fan of people who talk very loudly and dominate conversations especially in public places.

Food he loves fruits, especially tropical fruits as those aren't that common in Victorian England, he'll eat pineapple to the point of pain ('that's tomorrow me's problem'), enjoy a victorian street drink that's basically rice milk with sugar and allspice, pickled oysters, but conversely he hates eels of all sorts
