It’s probably an ant bite or something he got on his walk this morning, but I noticed him licking it like crazy and sure enough, hotspot.

Update: he got up from the couch and walked around for a few minutes until he ran the side of the cone into the doorway.

He is very sullen. I think he believed the cone was lost forever since the last time I had to take it out was a couple years ago.
