gonna use more onion and less chicken time time around, and adjust the heat accordingly do the liquid doesn't evaporate too much

what all for seasonings are you using?
๐Ÿฆ‰๐’ฎ๐“Š๐“…๐‘’๐“‡๐’ท ๐‘…๐‘œ๐“Œ๐“๐Ÿฆ‰
it's a pretty simple recipe!! just chicken, soy sauce, mirin, onion, a teensy bit of sugar...and i'm replacing dashi stock with a little bit of chicken stock
๐Ÿฆ‰๐’ฎ๐“Š๐“…๐‘’๐“‡๐’ท ๐‘…๐‘œ๐“Œ๐“๐Ÿฆ‰
heat on medium, then add in slowly 2 beaten eggs...wait until cooked then serve over rice with a bit of green onion.

i also added a bit of chili flakes to give it some spice.

Oh, nice!

The recipe Iโ€™ve been meaning to try adds a bit of sake too - the alcohol cooks off so itโ€™s just a twist to the flavor
Rabbit Crimes
(and it basically causes the sauce to almost become teriyaki, god bless food chemistry)
