My current favorite is a monster girl goddess who just wants to be free so she can serve her people. But that's just because I'm currently focused on her for my writing. If i had to pick an overall favorite.... mebbe katai, who's lonely and has been with me forever; or Plitora, an over the top villain; or Lonna.
i haven't settled on a concrete backstory for her but i adore her so much, she's basically just a kid who kind of got displaced from her own world and now goes traveling to a whole bunch of different worlds and does busywork

Ok, so I know you plucked this over a damn week ago but I’ve literally been thinking on who my favorite OC is ever since and I think at least in terms of the one I wish I could play again is my Pathfinder character who is a middle aged mom whose kid moved out and she decides to get back into adventuring like she did in her twenties.
Bio: Emma spent most of her twenties as an adventurer alongside her longtime friends Felicia and Sir William, a sorceress and paladin from her hometown of [insert townname here].
Unfortunately, shortly after Emma found out she was pregnant with Will's child, Will was slain in battle, so Emma and Felicia both retired from adventuring and focused on raising Emma's son, Marcus.
Emma and Felicia grew closer and married when Marcus was about 3, and they lived as a happy family as Marcus grew up, learned weaponsmithing, got married, and moved out of the house. Felicia’s been pursuing a career as a sculptor, but after more than two decades of retirement from adventuring life, Emma found herself longing to go on daring quests once more.
Abilities: Emma is talented in a variety of areas useful to adventuring. She is quite proficient in unarmed combat as well as with many weapons - including the fine glaive her son forged for her. She is quite good at the spotting and disabling of traps, can cast bardic spells, and is known for her mastery of diplomacy and other social skills.
