because they need to pick up food to become willing to breed and you need mobGriefing for them to be able to pick up food

but I always have mobGriefing off because I HATE CREEPER CRATERS

the best way to kill creepers is to dash at them and hit them to knock them back, and back up as soon as you do, bc they usually won't blow up if u get that distance!

and iron swords and better kill them in 3 hits

so you could knock them back once, then hit them twice on the second time and kill them before boom

Yeah, dash-slash and back up is a great strategy these days

yeah, it's just difficult for me to consistently pull off that strat

and sometimes they, well. creep up on you

I recommend seeing if that works better to consistently dash. It's way easier for me than double-tapping
