we got through about half the campaign i set up for my friends (astrid and tom) and then elle joined in about halfway

they did their first combat and astrid rolled so bad that she only got one hit in on a pack of wolves

meanwhile tom, the druid, decapitated one with a flaming sword

i'm bad at NPCs but they both did really good with asking them questions and interrogating the environment around them

(which got funny when tom rolled shit on an investigation and perception check, so he couldn't really tell shit)

when they got a city and went into a tavern i taught them the value of IC vs OOC

when they were having a discussion in front of a council and tom said "i should ask them about when the wolves come out"
