I actually know a lot of Project Management because 1. I've done it and 2. I actually worked for a startup that was trying to be specifically for project management recruitment so yes, I get it, I know how agile works
basically what they're saying is 'we want to convince you to have this product as close to 'out of the box' as possible and literally our whole process is going to be to do so but we don't actually know what we're doing until these 10 days of seminars to hash that out so literally THIS IS ALL THEORY CRAFTING
