This beautiful raspberry and pistachio cake was my lunch <3 That slice was HUGE, you can't really tell, but it was cut on the wonk on both sides and so it sort of flares out at the back. It was big enough that when Subversive dropped his cake on the floor, I gave him half of this and I'm STILL stuffed.
