Then on the opposite end of the scale, you have Nagai (director of Railgun) who flat out hated directing Sisters arc of Railgun S and wanted to sick to cute esper girls doing cute things

and that is one of, if not, the most beloved arc by fans... so it was extremely surprising to see it done so well
