You will have people literally arguing on what is supposed to go in a carbonara here, guanciale o pancetta? Eggs or cream? Both? Every region has its specific set of rules

another thing is that he always puts more veggies in there because he needs to give the kids substance so... I am honestly cool with his recipes and I like that dude
