but if you try it, i suggest substituting the ground beef with italian sausage, it gives it more flavor. also, cook the noodles and keep them separate, otherwise theyre gonna soak up broth and get squishy

ooh! that is definitely a bean soup, its in the name c': you might try a minestrone if you dont like beans, there are more veggies that can take the place of beans

slow cookers are really good for shredded meats tho, so if you like variations of pulled pork or taco chicken meat, its perfect

I freeze 2/3 of the shredded meat with some broth for later meals (just make fresh ramen) and add extra broth

Yeah though I'd say that you don't need to do the caramelizing steps. though the curried squash is damned good it's also just a bonus
