I like them both too! Cloak and Dagger started off horribly slow but has been really engaging since like... mid-s1. and I hated the first season of Runaways but the second season really improved.

from what I've been hearing about Marvel it's the royalties on Netflix's end that have been making them balk at continuing to host existing shows
