In the desperate throes of an allergy attack (stupid ornamental pear trees) I got a Neti pot on the advice of a fellow sufferer. Finally set aside my ick factor and used it. It was an odd, slightly panic-inducing feeling, but I do feel the relief and will have to do this daily until the skunk tree flowers finally die.
