its a about NY celebrating the 8th of april annually as sort of a dutch heritage day and thats why they are over here, amsterdam, a good excuse for city officials to visit and see that rembrandt expo at the rijks cos its epic (and i wont mention the weeds and red light district)

Except they aren't in Amsterdam, it's about the Amsterdam mayor being in New York to be present at NY's Dutch cultural heritage celebrations.
