Someone keeps smoking right below my window and it blows right into my room.

I should probably complain.

There is a designated smoking area, so they shouldn't be anywhere near my window.

There's a door down there, and I know people are just, stepping outside the door.

And they're not suppose to.

I wish I could just close my window

but for some reason it got really hot when the sun set

which makes no sense to me

my temperature when from around 73 to 77

I can only assume that they turned the buildings heat on for some dumb reason again
