T is a dev on one of the other teams. He is a consultant from another firm than me. His boss (AKA CEO of said firm) is my team lead. When we have to put out fires that T makes by not testing properly Bossman gets pissed

This was after I discovered that the most senior of the front end developers today has totally broken with the pattern we have established in the code and is thus causing unnecessary calls to the server. This is the same dev, JO, that six months ago turned off our feature testing
