The thing that really stinks about Marketplace listings (which I realized I haven't updated since mid October) is all the having to edit pictures the right size and shape and stuff

I think I make more than half of my total sales on MP, but that does include freebies (which I don't have in my mainstore) - even so, counting actual sales of things that cost money, I'd say 40% seems about right for me.

WITH THAT BEING SAID, I was talking a while ago to someone who has a similar sort of store to yours - toys, gadgets, trinkets, sort of thing, and she was saying the same as you, very little MP sales, lots of inworld ones, I guess that stuff's more impulse-buy, whereas niche-body clothing is more something people want to search for

It's worth it! Marketplace is 40% of my sales and has been for years and years when I am active, and up to 60% when I am not doing any inworld events.
