I studied him a lot when I was getting my art degree. And while he had some important ideas about art he gets way too much credit and was also a complete asshole.

Honestly most of the ideas he gets credit for are just variations on “fuck you, you can tell me what art is” and he’s certainly not the first person to come up with that
