monarch of evernight. though not an isekai, it has cultivation tropes plus a humans vs vampires and werewolves and spiderpeople setting and they use pistols and sniper rifles with magic bullets.

monarch is a nice read more or less like hellsing altough the names are kinda confusing at first for first timers.
