If, for whatever reason, your character being in new dodge might change how they approach their canon going forward, you would want to write a bit more in your update explaining that.
For example, if your character accidentally gained super powers in New Dodge or became permanently possessed, that might change their timeline at home.
It probably helps that she's under 25 and literally does not care aboutcrime stuff unless it actually hurts the people in town. (her ex in game history was cobra commander, there is probably very little penguin could do to surprise her)
