you might need to backup your progress, then uninstall and reinstall. i had to do that for my favorite widget I use

Your Backup ID and Backup Key will always stay the same. Your data should be backed up regularly. Please keep them safe and do not share them with others.

now, unless someone knows otherwise this says that your key and ID are given to you.... and then the device backs up onto the servers and you can register a new device with this info and restore your stuff
