There is a lovely restaurant called "The Causeway" in Gloucester, MA. No atmosphere, definitely sparse locals joint. Best seafood I have ever had. Bar None. And cheap.

It is on a causeway, too. Was told in the summer its a long wait to be there. They get fish right off the boats that come in ... next door.
