So, apparently one of my 9th greatgrandfathers came over on the mayflower....

I'm like, why is his middle name 'Mayflower' on some of these other trees.... and then I looked it up and there was the name, sans mayflower.

Except it might have been his father.... obviously I need to go through with a fine comb and make sure things actually fit.

How cool. Could he have perhaps been born on the Mayflower and that's why Mayflower is his middle name? I seen some of my family with middle names after the place they where born.

Small world! A branch of my mom's fam came from a guy with the last name Martin on the Mayflower.
