Plurk, what's your favorite SL house brand and why, from a construction end of things (I.E. non-texture detailing like door hinges/latches/locks/wall trim, low LI, proportions, extras/add-ons, etc. things that are not texture related).

Well. I like Convair for the proportions - they're quite a lot smaller than standard SL houses so like, I'm not walking around with door handles at eye level, etc. And I like Roost for "interactivity", like the windows open, they tend to have built in closets etc

I love Soy and Hive. Soy because I love that kind of minimal shabby chic style and open-plan spaces. And Hive because they did this one skybox that had a built in kitchen which takes the tedium out of trying to shop for a full set of matching kitchen
