Something is up with me :/ (tmi possibly)

On our way home I threw up and choked on it to the point of tears and needing help, and still am coughing horribly from it. And now I stood up and had such a wave of dizziness I felt like I was gonna collapse

I have some water and Ginger ale and am in bed now, but I feel like absolute shit.

Last night I woke up several times too with my muscles completely in shock. It hurt to move and I had to massage and stretch them to remove a bit of the pain

I keep getting anxiety thinking I'm just not gonna wake up one day very soon. It freaks me out and I dunno what to do

The dizziness could be caused by the rapid change in your blood pressure when you stand up. I've had the same symptoms before, it's not fun.

Obviously it's not helpful of me to say "that's not going to happen" because I know anxiety doesn't care about like....logic and stuff. But I love you and I'm here for you if you wanna talk about anything or whatever.

Honestly, if it's this bad you should probably go to urgent care. They can help determine, and if that's what it is, a couple of bags of IV fluids will have you feeling much better.

If you can't do that, have someone bring you some Gatorade, and start drinking.

I got dehydrated after an illness while in the Marines. Passed out on my bathroom floor, and my roomie found me. Had to go to the emergency room, got IV bags pumped into me, and was on bed-rest for a week, with drugs to counteract the illness. It isn't something to mess around with.

I'm laying down for a few with Gatorade and crackers first and see if it passes but bf said we can go to Dr if still not. Thanks yall

please go to the dr if gatoraide doesn't help. you can also make jello and drink it before it sets, that has helped Sam cause she can't have Gatorade
