Has anyone had any trouble with getting videos to loop?

it lets me replay videos perfectly fine if i just keep it at default

but when i right click it for loop, after the video/song ends,it just goes into this weird.... blurry pause screen that isn't a pause

and I have to click it a couple of times to cycle through pause/play before it starts p again
