just got to see my house's listing for the first time... they make it look so much nicer than it is... but i think i feel this way because i grew up in this house and i have hated it for 20+ years

It will be a HUGE positive change. We just had to rush out because someone came right away for a viewing and we haven't even been on the market for 12 hours
