Dr. Yubsie you're really good at being an editor, right?
Dr. Yubsie
It's 2 AM but I'll take a look :-P
Dr. Yubsie
Business , weird space there
Dr. Yubsie
in education
Dr. Yubsie
20+ years DMing
experience; Random semicolon where everything else is commas
Dr. Yubsie
Oh, wait, it's because there's a list in the next point
Dr. Yubsie
I'd capitalize Lifetime to be consistent with the rest
A Grinning DM
Yeah
A Grinning DM
Ok
Dr. Yubsie
"numerous clients of the company on a regular basis" you can probably delete "of the company" since clients basically implies that
A Grinning DM
Good point
Dr. Yubsie
There's a couple places where you can tighten the wording up like that
Dr. Yubsie
"and acted as art director for all art that was used." could end at art director
Dr. Yubsie
Definitely delete the period since that's the only bullet point that ends in one even though a few others are technically complete sentences as well
A Grinning DM
Yeah I meant to delete a periods at the end of the bullet points
A Grinning DM
Thank you for all this!
A Grinning DM
If I'm applying for a writer position I'd really rather not have any flaws in the application
A Grinning DM
I still need to write a cover letter
Dr. Yubsie
"One of the English translation dialogue editors for this manga" seems like weird wording to me, I'd change it to something like "Edited English dialogue translation for a manga" to keep it more actiony
Dr. Yubsie
I had to double check that "submittal sheets" made sense but looks like submittal is legit in adjective form
A Grinning DM
Yeah I worded it that way because I wanted it to be clear I wasn't the only editor because if they look it up the translation is excruciatingly bad on some pages that I was not responsible for
Dr. Yubsie
hmm, maybe add "as part of a team of X" then
A Grinning DM
Aright
Dr. Yubsie
It's just weird when it's the only one that's not in action form, and hey "team of X" shows teamwork skills and employers tend to like those
