I have not gone to school in years, I have nothing immediately to be anxious about, much less forgetting what my schedule for the semester is

usually it's being late (to get to high school or to reasonably move into a dorm) or not being able to find a classroom or realizing that I haven't been attending a class

straight up forgetting my own schedule is a new twist
