The cable company had a special deal for university students so when kid was in school and staying at my parent's place, the internet access was under kid's account. After kid graduated, in May of last year, we closed her account and added the internet access back to my parent's cable bundle and they have been paying for their own internet since.

I also noticed that Shaw cable have been charge the full price of internet access to my credit card every month since also.
