: For the record, they started making an anime series when the manga was still pretty new, and with the creator's blessing went off on their own direction after they hit the point the manga was at, and that's the one called just FMA
It's a good show, but Brotherhood is the one that follows the manga much more closely, only cutting out a few small side parts to save time, and I much prefer it. But FMA:B does sort of gloss over some of the early stuff since it was in the first anime to get to the new stuff, so it's worth it to watch that as well
WHAT UP. Hi, I'm rusty as fuck with FMA '03, but by god did I love it and all its fridge horror glory and I am all for seeing what was different about both series.
I need to watch that at least once. I've only seen on LA anime movie I thought was good, ever, but this could be entertaining and at least Al's armor looks cool
