[Commissions] A question for artists who do commissions! Has anyone out there used commiss(dot)io before? If you do, I'd love to hear your opinion on how it's worked for you! My friend is looking into using it but wants a second opinion, and I'm curious about it myself

whatd you like about it?

I like that there's a way for the artist to post updates, basically they can tell you when they're starting your art. It's also easy to know what kind of flexibility they have on stuff because it basically says it right on the artists' page. How much they charge, how many slots, multiple examples...

it also expresses their cancellation policy, which is nice! And overall, an artist can accept or decline projects it looks like, based on how the interface looks.

You also have options to follow and tip. And when a project is open, you can also deffo talk back to them during their updates. That's what I did with someone. It's like email! Except, u know. On the platform and separated from getting buried depending on your email lol.
