Mags I'm sure Jinbei could be convinced/dragged along. No idea what he'd go with for formal wear, seeing as he wears the same sort of thing whether he's committing piracy or meeting with Neptune. (though I could see his attempt at formal wear being more like something from the Yakuza games, given that he's based on yakuza)

Actually, looking into it, he did wear a suit once, but that was at Otohime's funeral.
